We’ll roam from the Quayside to the historic Viking Triangle, and the newly restored Cultural Quarter to the atmospheric Apple Market, stopping off to sample the gastronomic delights of independently owned cafés, family-run hotels and lively gastro-bars. Sinead is such a well informed tour guide and we got to know the history of Waterford through engaging in the topic of food. We visited three fabulous eateries, the quality of the food and the hospitality shown to us was second to none. To find out where we went, you will just have to do the tour yourself. It was a fun tour with  a nice selection of interesting bars throughout the city, steeped in local history. Pub culture is alive and well in Waterford !

Sinéad was really knowledgeable and brought us to some great traditional pubs, including ones that make their own whiskey. Her stories made the experience fun and interesting. The food was all good but my favourite was the breakfast Waterford Blaa. The retailers we met along the way had lots of stories to share. So informative with great history stories. Fantastic places to eat, great weather.
