A Digital Marketing Company that specialises in fueling food businesses with ideas, content, tactics, and support to help boost their brand awareness and online strategies. This butterfly business* was founded by Sinéad Reil in 2021. Sinéad has been flying the food flag for quite sometime, she holds a Masters in Gastronomy & Food Studies. Her main interests include food and beverage culture, history, gastro tourism and digital marketing.
Sinéad has a degree in Media Management and was also awarded a distinction in Digital Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Ireland and D.I.T., after developing a strategic plan for Dublin retail organisation, Nutgrove Shopping Centre. She produced digital content for this company for nearly four years and more recently for an established craft Drinks Brand and a Waterford Tourist Information Agency.

Writing & Research
As an Independent Researcher, Sinéad had an article detailing ‘Foodism in Ireland’ published in the American Academic Journal, Food, Culture & Society in 2024, which she presented at a Food Conference in France later that year. You can view this open access article here.
Furthermore, Sinéad writes feature articles. reviews, and interviews for Tasteful Thinking’s Food Blog and to date a number of local and national food business entrepreneurs have taken part in the ‘Faces of Food’ Interview Series which she posts on the site.
